Biography

I am a product of DPSM way back 2010 with a degree of BS Biochemistry with a research on phytochemical screening of certain plant extracts. For my MS in Materials Science and Engineering degree, I performed my research in thin film deposition for photocatalysis and antimicrobial applications at the Plasma Physics Lab of the National Institute of Physics with collaborations and lab visits at the Doshisha University, Kyotanabe, Japan in 2014 and 2015. For my PhD, I received a CHED-PhilFrance scholarship to study Materials Science at the Centre Nationale de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) in Grenoble, France, finally receiving a degree in 2022 from the Universite Grenoble Alpes. My research interests are mainly on Materials Chemistry and X-ray and neutron diffraction.
