After a hiatus of several years, the Department of Physical Sciences and Mathematics (DPSM) held again the High School Qwizzardy, an inter-high school competition, last March 3, 2026 as part of the Science Week celebration of the department.
The High School Qwizzardy 2026 brought together 15 teams from different high schools in Metro Manila for three rounds of quiz competition in Chemistry, Math & Statistics, Physics, Earth Science, and General Information. The winner was the team from Xavier School. The second and third place were obtained by the second team of Xavier School, and the University of the East Caloocan, respectively.
The High School Qwizzardy was organized by DPSM faculty members, Dr. Joey Andrew Valinton, Dr. Julius Andrew Nunez, Mr. Migel Antonio Catalig, Mr. Aaron Genato, and Ms. Therese Ann Basco Uy.
