Assistant Professor Jervee Punzalan won two awards at international scientific conferences in New Zealand and China.
Punzalan won the Best Talk Award at the Te Whai-Ao Dodd-Walls Centre Symposium held at Wellington, Aotearoa, New Zealand on 24th-27th November 2025. Her talk had a title: Multimodal Vibrational Spectroscopic and Chemometric Approaches for Comprehensive Plant-Based Protein Analysis”. The second award was the Best Poster Award at the 13th International Conference on Advanced Vibrational Spectroscopy (ICAVS) and 5th International Conference on Enhanced Spectroscopy (ICES) held in Xiamen, China last 30th November – 5th December 2025.
