MS Applied Physics Students Join ART School in Thailand

Five MS Applied Physics (Medical Physics) students from the University of Philippines Manila participated in the Princess Srisavangavadhana College of Medicine (PSCM) School in Adaptive Radiation Therapy (ART), held at the Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Bangkok, Thailand on December 12-14, 2024. The students were Jericho Joege Paler, Christine Loja, Vidal Villanueva, Jr., Mystica Jayce Pueyo, and Jasmine Pua.

Over 150 participants from different countries were present in the event. The 2-day lecture session and 1-day hands-on exercise gave first-hand insights about ART. Mystica Jayce Pueyo, a 1st year MS Applied Physics (Medical Physics) student won a special top scorer award for the hands-on session quiz.
